Job summary

Exol is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead day-to-day execution for highly automated fulfillment sites during pre-launch, go-live, and stabilization. You will own DTC warehouse operations, manage large cross-functional teams, and translate complex automation workflows into scalable launch playbooks to drive network growth.

Success requires deep experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL operations, and hands-on testing of automated systems such as AutoStore, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in 3PL warehouse or DC ops, high-volume DTC/e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience with automated warehouses (AutoStore or similar) and WMS/WES.
• OSHA knowledge; safety protocols with vendors and staff.
• Track record of launching KPIs: UPH, order accuracy, OEE, cost per unit.
• Ability to respond quickly to constraints and implement real-time actions.
• Preferred PM: project management through ramp-up/peak environments.
• Automation testing: hands-on testing/acceptance protocols.
• Lean/process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAT and integrated capability testing with engineering.
• Own DTC warehouse functions during launch; manage high-velocity workflows.
• Develop and refine launch playbooks for future sites.
• Lead large teams of hourly associates and frontline leaders.
• Validate WMS/WES functionality; troubleshoot order-flow bottlenecks.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and audits.
• Manage launch priorities: labor planning, shift balancing, cross-functional coordination.
