Job summary

LINK Staffing is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist for a North Houston 3PL operation. This role blends warehouse tasks with order processing, inventory management, and shipping using a WMS.

The ideal candidate has hands-on e-commerce fulfillment experience and comfort working with fulfillment software and carriers. The position requires organization, technical aptitude, and ownership of orders from processing through shipment, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and pay

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or similar warehouse roles.
• Experience with a WMS or fulfillment software.
• Experience processing shipments via major carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce and customer orders through a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carrier systems.
• Receive and process inbound inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Process returns and other customer fulfillment requests.
• Follow customer-specific packing, labeling, and shipping requirements.
• Communicate professionally regarding orders, inventory, inbound shipments, and operational issues.
• Assist with onboarding new products and customer accounts.
• Identify fulfillment or inventory issues and work toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation within warehouse and shipping systems.
• Help improve warehouse accuracy, organization, and efficiency.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join a growing 3PL and fulfillment operation in North Houston. This is not a traditional picker/packer or general warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, logistics, or a similar environment and be comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with computer‑based order processing, inventory management, and shipping. This position requires someone who is organized, computer savvy, detail‑oriented, and able to take ownership of orders from processing through shipment.

• Experience with ShipHero, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar e-commerce/fulfillment platforms is highly preferred.
