We’re looking for a Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant to help us ship orders efficiently and keep our workspace organized. This is a part-time, independent contractor role perfect for someone who values consistency and wants to contribute to our mission while having access to a productive workspace.

Core Responsibilities

You'll be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring orders ship quickly and our workspace stays organized.

• Pack products securely and professionally
• Tape packages and affix shipping labels
• Take completed packages to the package pickup location in the building

Workspace Organization

• Tear down empty boxes and fold them for storage
• Organize and put away shipping materials
• Keep track of shipping supplies inventory
• Order additional shipping materials when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized office space

Nice to Have

While not required, these skills would be valuable additions:

• Steady hand and attention to detail: Ability to disassemble returned products, use basic electric screwdrivers, and carefully peel off and reapply adhesive to align with marked areas
• Product refurbishment: Experience cleaning products and repacking them for resale
• Hand soldering experience: Ability to swap out defective electronic parts (this is a reach skill, but would be highly valued)
