Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce orders by picking, packing, and shipping products using our warehouse management system.
• Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customers who sell through client marketplaces.
• Follow client's packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements to ensure compliance with marketplace standards.
• Utilize shipping and warehouse software to process shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow within the warehouse and provide guidance to team members as responsibilities grow.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and ensure products are properly staged for shipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize work and meet customer deadlines.
• Adapt to the unique requirements of multiple customers, each with different fulfillment and preparation needs.
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
