The Ecommerce Coordinator is a hands-on operational role focused on the day-to-day
execution of online order fulfillment and customer support for FeldmarWatch.com. This
person plays a key role in ensuring that every online customer receives the same level
of service excellence that defines the in-store experience.
This is a highly operational and detail-oriented position, best suited for someone early in
their career who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong
emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer interaction.
Manage daily processing of ecommerce orders from placement through shipment
Coordinate packing, shipping, and tracking of all online orders
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all order fulfillment steps
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any fulfillment issues
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product
availability
Provide updates via email, messaging, and phone when required
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer
interactions
Support customers through the full post-purchase journey
Assist with basic updates to product listings and order-related data when needed
Support the Ecommerce Manager with operational tasks related to the website
Help maintain accuracy of order status and customer records within systems
Work closely with retail, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order
flow
Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of day-to-
day execution
Contribute to improving internal processes related to ecommerce fulfillment

The Ecommerce Coordinator may also support additional projects and initiatives as
needed to contribute to the continued success of Feldmar Watch Company’s
ecommerce operations.
Strong interest in watches, the watch industry, and the range of brands we carry,
from accessible timepieces to high-end Swiss watchmaking
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with customers via email and phone
Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment with repetitive but
important tasks
Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple orders and requests at
once
A genuine interest in delivering a high-quality customer experience
Retail experience and/or professional office experience (or similar) preferred
Experience working in a professional office environment preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to accuracy, reliability, and consistent execution
This is an in-person position based at Feldmar Watch Company. Remote work is not
available for this role.

receive a seamless and premium experience from checkout to delivery. While
