Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate for our e-commerce operations in South Hackensack, NJ. You will be on the warehouse floor, packing orders carefully for ShopGoodwill, eBay, and other marketplaces.

You’ll process shipments with carriers, generate labels, and ensure tracking is uploaded on time. A high school diploma is required, and prior warehouse experience is a plus as you support a fast-paced, accuracy-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shipping/fulfillment warehouse experience preferred, especially e-commerce.
• Familiarity with carrier platforms and shipping tools helps.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and pack sold orders across ShopGoodwill, eBay, and marketplaces.
• Process shipments using carrier platforms, generate labels, and upload tracking within deadlines.
• Meet daily shipment targets and maintain efficient outbound workflow.
• Organize outbound shipping area, coordinate carrier pickups, and keep a clean workspace.
• Verify order accuracy before sealing packages and report any issues.
