• Operate shipping software such as ShipStation; liaise with FedEx for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory in Shopify and assist weekly inventory counts.
• Support marketing sample orders and palletized shipping workflows.
• Perform additional duties as needed by Operations.
