What You’ll Do

As the Fulfillment Center Manager, you’ll:

  • Own the operation. Lead day-to-day fulfillment activities—picking, packing, returns, receiving, and inventory/cycle counts—ensuring orders are processed with speed, accuracy, and care.
  • Develop people, build culture. Manage and coach a team of assistant managers and supervisors, investing in their growth while fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and excellence.
  • Think strategically, act decisively. Analyze workflows, labor planning, space utilization, and technology to drive efficiency and maximize output.
  • Champion collaboration. Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely staffing, while aligning to broader business goals.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance. Maintain a safe, compliant environment in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Lead through metrics. Set performance benchmarks, track KPIs, and use data to inform decisions and empower your team.
What You Bring
  • A 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in a leadership role managing fulfillment or warehouse operations for 100+ employees.
  • Proven success in people management—from hiring and coaching to performance evaluation and corrective action.
  • A customer-first mindset and a strong grasp of how fulfillment supports the end-to-end experience.
  • A data-driven leadership style, using KPIs and operational metrics to identify gaps and scale impact.
  • Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with automation, process improvement, or system implementations.
  • Tech-savvy and systems-literate—able to quickly adapt to new software and lead tech-enabled workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire frontline teams and partner with executives alike.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with Apple technology and Google Workspace tools (Drive, Gmail, Docs).
  • Experience launching or integrating automation technology into warehouse operations.
