• Assure that all Safety, LP, and HR policies are followed daily.
• Manage AutoZoners in such a way as to ensure that all orders are picked, processed, and shipped on time.
• Talent development.
• Organize and plan the workday.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline AutoZoners.
• Review progress of AutoZoners.
• Help define problems and identify possible solutions for unusual issues that arise in our business.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Monitor store replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to the work schedule.
• Ensure great recovery and smooth shift change.
