Job summary

Teddy Baldassarre is seeking a Fulfillment Associate at our North Olmsted, OH office to support daily order processing and shipping operations. You will work onsite, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM with extended hours during peak seasons, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving shipments, managing Shopify transfers, and performing quality checks. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory management or CRM systems.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform.

Fulfillment Associate

Location: North Olmsted, OH (Full time, On-site)
FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (extended hours during peak holiday seasons)
Compensation Range: $19-$22.00/hr. (Overtime eligible)

About the Role

As we scale, our operations team plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional customer experience our brand is known for. We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate who is reliable, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute from day one. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role based out of our North Olmsted office.

What You’ll Do

Your day centers on making sure every order leaves accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:

Requirements

Education

• Secondary education (associate’s or bachelor’s degree) preferred

Technical Skills

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Proficient in Google Workspace(Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with inventory management or CRM systems required
• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform preferred
