Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience across e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing, or digital business.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, CRM/email marketing, GA4, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, medical device, or another regulated industry strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce activities, including product pages, content, merchandising, promotions, customer journeys, and marketplace presence
• Execute CRM and email marketing campaigns, including automated journeys, segmentation, testing, and deployment
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Track performance across traffic, conversion, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs
• Manage digital content, social media, websites, and campaign landing pages
• Coordinate digital projects across internal teams, agencies, technology partners, and creative resources
• Ensure digital activities meet applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
