A leading digital platform is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Director to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the healthcare, pharma, lifestyle, wellness space, and the ability to leverage digital channels to engage and expand our audience. This senior leadership role will require strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to driving growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the healthcare professional community, with a particular focus on healthcare professionals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, content marketing, paid media, social media, and webinars.
  • Content Strategy and Management through collaboration with content creators, medical experts, and the editorial team to craft compelling digital content that resonates with healthcare professionals. Ensure content is aligned with the needs and interests of our target audience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including managers, analysts, and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and ROI. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing digital marketing metrics, identifying areas for optimization, and iterating on strategy.
  • Partner with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives, enhance customer journey touchpoints, and support business objectives.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts, ensuring organic and paid search strategies are optimized to drive relevant traffic to the website and generate high-quality leads.
  • Drive the development and implementation of lead generation programs and conversion optimization tactics that resonate with healthcare professionals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital marketing touchpoints, maintaining our reputation as a trusted authority in healthcare.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and healthcare. Continuously evaluate new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance our digital presence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, including a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content strategy, and social media marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience within the healthcare, pharma, lifestyle, wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
