Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operation of the e-Commerce department.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and reviews.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high-paced or stressful environments.
• Ability to manage conflict professionally.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
