Qualifications

• 6+ years in distribution center or warehouse management, including 3+ years in a dedicated E‑Commerce/D2C leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with D2C parcel shipping and returns.
• Advanced WMS and ERP experience, plus parcel shipping platforms and Shopify integrations.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data modeling) for labor forecasting and throughput analysis.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics, or equivalent hands‑on leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily D2C receiving, bin storage, unit-level picking, custom packaging, and final mile parcel shipping.
• Own KPIs: same-day ship SLAs, order and inventory accuracy, unit pick rates, and parcel cost per unit.
• Lead, train, and develop e-commerce supervisors, leads, and floor associates.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and labor budgets for promotions, product drops, and peak holiday volume.
• Keep inventory accurate across digital channels through cycle counts, stock allocation, and returns processing.
• Drive continuous improvement in pick paths, pack-station workflows, cost per package, and order cycle times.
• Partner with E‑Commerce Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service to align capacity with campaigns.
• Enforce OSHA and warehouse safety standards on the e‑commerce floor.

This is the operational leader for the brand's direct-to-consumer fulfillment, reporting to the Sr. Director of the DC. You'll run a high-volume e-commerce operation shipping roughly 800 to 1,000 orders a day, with a focus on same-day and next-day ship SLAs, order accuracy, and keeping labor and parcel costs in check. • Deep familiarity with D2C parcel shipping and returns
• Advanced WMS and ERP experience, plus parcel shipping platforms and Shopify or Shopify Plus integrations
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data modeling) for labor forecasting and throughput analysis
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics, or equivalent hands‑on leadership experience
• Flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or night shifts during peak campaigns and promotional drops
