DLF North America is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative in Windsor, WI to deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers. The role focuses on accurate order processing, responsive support, and collaboration with Sales, Production, Planning, and Finance to ensure timely, correct information and reliable service outcomes.

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, supply chain, or operational support roles.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated customer service capability.
• Experience using ERP systems (Navision, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Process orders, credits, and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Inventory and Finance to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Utilize ERP and other systems to ensure data integrity and smooth order processing.
