Job summary

You’ll partner with Marketing, Channel, Sales and PIM teams to close content gaps, support launches, and improve digital merchandising using data to drive online performance. This role supports a global leader in lighting control, helping customers easily find, compare, and confidently purchase Lutron products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; GPA not required with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience; marketing or Amazon experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, completeness, and performance of product content across retail websites and digital platforms.
• Serve as SME on retail partner content requirements, systems, workflows, and syndication processes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Product Information Management teams to deliver and optimize digital content.
• Lead content readiness for new product launches, ensuring assets are complete, compliant, and published on time.
• Collaborate with the retail .com Sales lead to align content priorities with account needs and opportunities.
• Monitor content quality and performance, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the online experience.
• Use insights—content scorecards, search, traffic, conversion, reviews, and sales—to prioritize improvements.
• Drive initiatives that improve product discoverability and purchase confidence through high-quality digital content.
• Communicate content priorities, project status, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
