Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigns duties and communicates goals and feedback.
• Oversees ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club); audits online feedback and resolves customer complaints.
• Executes Club Pickup plan and processes; ensures orders are fulfilled and equipment is ready.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders and maintains compliance with policies.
• Leads teams, coordinates work assignments, and supports change.
