This role involves selecting and gathering products for online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Responsibilities include assembling orders, processing payments and coupons, delivering, and loading orders for customer pickup. Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating core company values such as respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety laws, regulations, and company policies
• Handle customer orders accurately and store products in proper temperature zones
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and in person
• Load orders into customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Operate POS systems and handle substitutions appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management
• Assist in training new team members and adapt to process improvements
• Achieve productivity standards and work well under pressure
