Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive and store customer orders in optimal temperature zones.
• Complete selection process for online orders and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Follow instructions in note sections and communicate clearly with customers.
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring order accuracy.
• Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work effectively in high-paced, stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
