Job summary

Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, Texas is seeking an E-Commerce Parts Specialist to assist customers with pre-sales questions via live chat, email and phone, and to support returns and core refunds after the sale.

You will quote and sell parts, look up parts using VIN, catalogs and diagrams to confirm fitment, and ensure fast processing so orders ship on time. You’ll also handle exceptions and learn e-commerce auto parts from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are processed quickly and communicated to customers.
• Handle returns, core refunds, cancellations and shipping issues; grow into order fulfillment responsibilities.
