Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, TX is seeking an Automotive E-Commerce Parts Specialist to support a fast-growing GM parts e-commerce operation. You will assist customers, quote orders, verify fitment, and manage orders from sale to shipment on-site.

Experience with automotive parts is preferred, but strong customer service, sales and computer skills with the ability to learn are valued. Growth opportunities and a long-term career path are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional support before, during and after the sale.
• Respond to pre-sale inquiries, prepare accurate quotes and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
• Use VIN information, catalogs and diagrams to identify correct parts and verify fitment.
• Monitor orders from sale through shipment and resolve issues while keeping customers informed.
• Assist with returns, core refunds, cancellations and handling damaged or lost shipments.
