Job summary

All American Chevrolet Of Midland is seeking a parts counter associate to greet customers and answer questions, check stock and take parts orders. You will coordinate with the Service Team to obtain parts for repairs and create accurate invoices in ADP.

Maintain a clean, professional counter area and support overall showroom operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, good math skills for inventory and invoicing, and a valid driver's license in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills for inventory, payments and invoices.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers professionally per ITC standards.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock, and taking parts orders.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle repairs with Service Team and ensure accurate invoicing in ADP.
