Job summary

Earth Fed Muscle is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Associate to monitor and optimize our Amazon store and Skio-based subscription program. You will work with the Marketing Director and CEO to prevent revenue loss from failed payments, underperforming listings, and drifting ad spend.

This role offers hybrid work with 50% remote days in Reading, PA and in-person collaboration as needed. You will own Amazon listing updates, performance reporting, subscription tasks, and dashboard maintenance

Job description

Some people can look at a number that doesn't quite add up and move on. Some people can't. If you're the second kind, the type who won't stop until you know why, we want to talk to you. As our new E-commerce Associate, you'll bring that instinct to Earth Fed Muscle's Amazon store and subscription program, two channels growing fast enough that your attention to detail will directly shape the business.

This role exists so Earth Fed Muscle never loses revenue it didn't have to lose. Failed payments that go unrecovered, ad spend that drifts unnoticed, listings that underperform because no one was watching closely enough. Done well, you'll be the reason our Amazon store and subscription program are channels leadership can trust are being monitored every single day, catching problems before they ever show up in the monthly numbers.

This is an entry-level, high-growth role in Reading, PA (50% remote, with occasional in-person days), working closely with our Marketing Director and CEO.

What you'll own

You'll split your time across two main channels: Amazon and our Shopify/Skio subscription program, with plenty of room to build new skills along the way:

• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central marketing, running split tests to continuously improve product listing conversion rates and ad performance
• Update Amazon listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content) following our established brand guidelines
• Build and maintain weekly Amazon performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend, and TACoS
• Keep a close eye on the numbers, catching and flagging anomalies before anyone has to ask about them
• Manage day-to-day subscription tasks across Amazon and Skio: plan changes, cancellation saves, and following up on failed payments
• Track subscription health (churn, reactivation, LTV) across our Amazon and Shopify subscription programs, and support testing new offers and flows with our marketing team
• Maintain and troubleshoot the dashboards and reporting tools that keep our Amazon and subscription channels running smoothly
• Execute Amazon shipments once our Ops Director has made the call on quantities and timing, and step in to keep shipments moving during their absence.
• Work closely with our Marketing Director, analytics team, and Wholesale Director, and take ownership of your projects from start to finish
• Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand: this is a small team, and duties may shift based on what's most useful at the time

What you need to thrive in this role

• Sharp attention to detail: you catch errors before they go live and notice when a number looks off before anyone points it out
• Comfortable working independently: you ask smart clarifying questions upfront, then run with it
• Naturally curious about data: you're the type to dig into why something changed, not just report that it did
• Proactive communicator who loops people in before something breaks, not after
• Experience with (or eagerness to quickly learn) Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or subscription platforms like Skio
• Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
• A coachable, growth-minded attitude: you're picking up a new skill or tool most quarters, and this role is built to grow into a more senior e-commerce or analytics position over time
