A fast-growing manufacturing firm is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to oversee daily financial operations. This role requires 3–6 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Acumatica. Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger coding.
• High proficiency in Excel and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AP process including purchase orders and invoices.
• Support month-end and year-end close with the accounting firm.
• Assist HR Manager with payroll data collection and processing.
