A leading company is seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to drive their US business on Amazon. The role involves managing product launches, trade funds, and building customer relationships. This position is remote but requires travel to Seattle and Aurora, IL. Candidates should have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Lead the e-commerce US business, inclusive of annual negotiations, volume and profit plan delivery, working directly and indirectly with retailers stakeholders.
As the subject matter expert you will manage products, new launches, promotional and advertising programs, and sales forecast.
Manage trade funds to build out key campaign strategies determining most efficient means of allocating funds to meet internal KPI’s as well as meeting customer expectations.
Lead effective communication of retailer information throughout the organization.
Identify new e-commerce opportunities with our existing retail partners and support the accelerated development of our performance by building strong customer relationships, improving performance across search, digital shelf, product availability, and reporting.
Please note this is a remote position and can sit anywhere in the US; however, there will be travel to Seattle and Aurora, IL at a minimum.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, and/or Marketing a plus.
Minimum 2 years experience in ecommerce with Amazon 1P experience highly preferred (this could be working for or calling on Amazon; however, we are looking for Vendor experience, not Marketplace).
Experience with e-commerce platforms with proven track record in achieving results.
Experience in Sales (B&M, e-commerce), Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Buying, or Category Management preferred.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution.
Fundamental understanding of forecasting, trade spend management, and implementation.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and trade spend management tools. Experience with Syndigo / Syndicated data analysis preferred.
