Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience with strong exposure to the US market.
  • Proven experience directly managing Amazon US and Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Amazon US marketplace end-to-end.
  • Optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variations, and A+ Content.
  • Monitor and maintain Amazon Seller Central health and compliance.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, deals, coupons, and campaigns.

E-commerce Account Manager - Amazon US

Department: E-commerce

Location: Remote

Reports To: E-commerce Senior Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon US.

This role will take ownership of day-to-day Amazon account management, marketplace performance, sales growth, campaign execution, product listings, inventory coordination, and performance analysis.

Hands-on Amazon US experience is a must.

Experience managing other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, making data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities, solving marketplace issues, and taking ownership of account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon US Account Management:
  • Manage the Amazon US marketplace account end to end.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variations, and A+ Content.
  • Monitor and maintain Amazon Seller Central account health and marketplace compliance.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, deals, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels, FBA stock, replenishment requirements, and potential stock-out risks.
  • Manage Seller Support cases and resolve listing, catalog, fulfillment, account, and marketplace issues.
  • Monitor competitor activities, category trends, pricing, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, logistics, marketing, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, sales, and profitability.
E-commerce Campaigns & Growth:
  • Plan and execute Amazon promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and marketplace initiatives.
  • Work closely with advertising and marketing teams on Amazon PPC and performance campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, and other marketplace KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing products and launch new products within the US market.
  • Translate marketplace data and customer behavior into actionable growth initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze Amazon performance, including:
    • Sales and revenue.
    • Traffic and sessions.
    • Conversion rate.
    • Buy Box performance.
    • ROAS / ACOS / TACOS.
    • Inventory performance.
    • Product ranking.
    • Account health.
    • Customer reviews and ratings.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Use data to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness, marketplace profitability, and growth opportunities.
Other E-commerce Platforms:

Depending on business requirements, support or manage other e-commerce channels such as:

  • Shopify.
  • Shopee.
  • Lazada.
  • TikTok Shop.

Experience with these platforms is an advantage, particularly for candidates who have managed multiple regional or international e-commerce channels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience directly managing Amazon US.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience managing Amazon product listings, catalog issues, inventory, promotions, and account performance.
  • Experience working with Amazon FBA.
  • Good understanding of Amazon advertising and key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, Buy Box, and account health.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate marketplace data into actions.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities, troubleshoot marketplace issues, and take ownership of results.
  • Strong English communication skills and experience working with international or US-based stakeholders.
