Quota Crushers Agency - Sales Recruiters represents a fast-growing consumer products company seeking a 3P E-Commerce Sales Manager to own and grow its third-party marketplace revenue. You will manage relationships with marketplace partners and drive opportunities across product assortment, pricing, and launches.

You will forecast sales, collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance, and negotiate terms to build strategic marketplace plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Amazon 3P marketplace, e-commerce sales, or digital retail experience.
• Experience selling physical consumer products/hardgoods.
• Strong sales, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing consumer products company with a portfolio of 500+ products across outdoor power equipment, lawn & garden, tools, home products, and electric mobility.

They are looking for a 3P E-Commerce Sales Manager to take ownership of their third-party marketplace business and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and grow the 3P marketplace business, revenue, and profitability
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and third-party sellers
• Identify and develop new marketplace opportunities and partnerships
