B&H Photo Video is seeking an E-commerce Merchandiser to manage product compatibility and related accessory relationships across assigned categories. The role leverages in-depth knowledge of shopping behavior and taxonomy to guide customers to curated accessories that enrich purchases.

Qualifications

RequiresBachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
Solid understanding of website structure and refinement filtering.
Experience with data acquisition and analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct extensive research within assigned categories to determine suitable accessory relationships.
Determine optimal accessory hierarchy using merchandising techniques.
Use B&H's PIM system to create and maintain product relationships.
Run and analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Meet regularly with manager and team to discuss goals and challenges.
Collaborate with Buyers and Sales staff to respond to needs.
Work with Navigation Architects to update refinement data.
Create customer-facing product groupings.
Contribute to additional department projects.
Special projects as assigned by manager.
