Job summary

Williams is seeking a Senior E&C Project Manager to lead large-scale energy projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. The role requires extensive oil and gas project experience and a strong emphasis on safety and cost control.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements in Minnesota with opportunities to influence reliability targets and lifecycle economics. Strong leadership, reporting and lifecycle management are key to success.

Qualifications

• Coordinate technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigor.
• Develop and implement detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparency.
• Presents and executes recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce risk.
• Prepare, review, and approve RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance.
• Understand and apply economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long-term value.

Qualifications

• E&C Project Manager Senior: Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE.
• E&C Project Manager III: Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• E&C Project Manager II: Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; Project management certification (PMP), licensed professional engineer (PE).
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the utmost priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.

Shift, Work Hours & Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
