Senior Engineering & Construction Project Manager

Lead moderate-to-large scale initiatives where technical complexity meets strategic impact. Your expertise in PLC/Stage‑Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will be the foundation for delivering solutions that optimize performance and profitability across the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Lead teams to execute complex project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners and delivering results on time for moderate‑to‑large projects.
  • Set up core project teams to enable collaboration and achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Coordinate technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle for consistency and rigor.
  • Develop and implement detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control and transparency.
  • Present and execute recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency to meet reliability targets and reduce risk.
  • Prepare, review, and approve RFPs, contractor evaluations, and selection decisions with precision and compliance.
  • Understand and apply economic impact analysis to drive solutions that enhance profitability and long‑term value.
  • Anticipate challenges, gather critical data, evaluate opportunities, and make decisions that deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Design optimum project solutions that improve economic performance over the entire lifecycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management for Senior role; five (5) years for E&C Project Manager III.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in business, project management, or engineering management is preferred.
  • PMP or PE certification is preferred.
Shift, Work Hours, and Travel Requirements
  • Up to 50% travel to field sites.
Other Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills with safety as the utmost priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS), control system coordination, and electrical modeling for data center power infrastructure, supporting load reliability, redundancy, and grid interaction requirements.
Location

Houston office located in the Williams Tower, Post Oak Boulevard.
