Job summary

Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking an E-beam Engineer to drive growth, oversee projects, and support maintenance initiatives across global electron beam plants. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance while traveling up to 50% of the time.

You will execute Capex projects, track performance indicators, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years engineering and project management experience.
• Experience with field service activities and TPM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Expand Capacity to Support Growth and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and report on projects/initiatives at Electron beam plants.
• Apply structured project management methodologies and KPI reporting.
• Advise on technical challenges and engage with senior leadership.
