Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with E-Beam technology (EBT) desirable.
• Strong foundation in electronics and physics for electrical test challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface with customers, communicating requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop understanding of customer applications, identify gaps, and drive solutions.
• Lead complex application activities including system evaluations, demos, and beta-site execution.
• Own and support execution against Statements of Work (SOW) and project schedules.
• Define and implement application support strategies for system installation and performance optimization.
• Drive adoption of E-Beam Test (EBT) technology and new use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer technologies into customer environments.
• Lead technical reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure customer success in fab environments.
