Job summary

Calvert Systems is seeking an experienced MSN Systems SME in Bellevue, NE to provide expert support for SAOC WS training system development and validation. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, five years on the E-4B, and leadership in flight ops and ISR processes.

Travel up to 10% to CONUS locations is expected. The candidate will work with Ground/OT&E efforts, mission planning tools, and secure communication systems to enable mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of flight experience specifically on the E-4B aircraft.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or flight management experience including review, analysis and management of flight ops, scheduling, and airspace use.
• Review, analysis and management of ISR mission issues, processes, systems and logistics.
• Proficiency with USAF operational/test instructions, and FAA policies/regulations.
• Experience using electronic Technical Orders (TOs)/Directives.
• Experience with Ground and/or flight OT&E preferred.
• Familiarity with mission planning tools and software (Foreflight, ARINC, JUMPS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support SAOC WS working groups/meetings as required.
• Travel to attend in-person meetings related to SAOC WS development, design, and maintainability.
• Possesses expert knowledge of E-4B configuration and secure/non-secure communication systems employment.
• Configuring and employing secure communications equipment and VoIP devices.
• Operational knowledge of CJCS EAM procedures and secure multi-line airborne phones.
• Knowledge of secure and non-secure FAX system configuration and mission application.
• Understanding of POTS/legacy systems and Nuclear Execution Reporting requirements.
• Ability to transmit emergency action messages using narrowband and wideband systems.
• Provide guidance on workstation utilization and review operational tempos.
• Contribute to Tech Order generation and test procedures development.
• Attend customer meetings to align requirements and operations.
• Support training system development and testing activities.
• Serve as SME for standardizing training, policies, and procedures.
