Job summary

Nimble is seeking a leader to oversee dyslexia screening, intervention, and Section 504/assessment compliance to improve student outcomes through data-driven practices and high-quality instructional support. The role focuses on coordinating universal screening, identifying dyslexia characteristics, interpreting data, and guiding campuses with intervention implementations.

The ideal candidate has a teaching background (3–5 years) with a strong knowledge of dyslexia laws and state assessment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required; Master's preferred.
• Valid state teaching license required.
• 3-5 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Knowledge of dyslexia law, Section 504 regulations, and state assessment systems.
• Experience with student data systems, assessment platforms, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Dyslexia Screening & Identification: Oversee district-wide dyslexia screening in accordance with state requirements.
• Ensure universal screening is conducted with fidelity.
• Support campuses in identifying students with characteristics of dyslexia.
• Assist with interpretation of screening and evaluation data.
• Dyslexia Intervention & Instructional Support: Ensure implementation of evidence-based dyslexia intervention programs Monitor fidelity of intervention delivery.
