ETE REMAN in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Lead in the dyno repair department who will train and mentor teammates, maximize productivity, and uphold safety and quality. You will partner with other leaders to ensure work is completed efficiently and to our high standards.

You’ll model our core values, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance on complex issues while leading on the plant floor with strong communication and a positive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members at all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead 10–13 team members when supervisor unavailable and train staff.
• Encourage reporting of safety concerns and monitor safety compliance.
• Coordinate with other leaders to ensure timely repair work.
• Identify training needs and develop employees' diagnostic skills.
• Provide advanced technical guidance for complex issues and troubleshooting.
• Serve as escalation point for difficult problems and guide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality Leadership to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure timely starting and ending of shifts and adherence to schedules.
