Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise observability solutions across hybrid environments. The role emphasizes infrastructure and database monitoring, partnering with infrastructure, cloud, database, SRE, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Deep Dynatrace administration experience across large-scale environments.
• Solid infrastructure observability and database monitoring knowledge.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
• Administer Dynatrace tenants, OneAgent deployments, ActiveGates, and upgrades.
• Establish monitoring standards, alerting, dashboards, and governance.
• Monitor Windows, Linux, VMware, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud services.
• Design database observability for Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Develop alerts, KPIs, and RCA/runbooks; mentor engineers.
