Salesforce QA 100% Remote Max Rate: $45/hr on C2C OR $40/hr on W2 Long Term Note: Need QA Automation with Salesforce and Healthcare Key Responsibilities Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce applications. Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear, detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Validate data integrity, security settings, and business process flows within the Salesforce platform. with automation Participate in all phases of the testing process, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting. Provide timely and effective communication on testing progress, issues, and risks. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on testing. Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with the Salesforce application. In-depth healthcare insurance domain knowledge. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Automation and Technical Skills Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks/ scripts. Proficiency in test automation tools, with a strong preference for TOSCA. Experience in automating tests for Salesforce applications.
