The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable systems and collaborating with vendors in a shared development environment. You will work with IT Development, Application Support, QA, and business lines, deliver updates, and present progress to managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience in .NET web application development and/or Microsoft Dynamics development.
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact with diverse user groups.
• Experience with SQL Server and ASP.NET MVC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design system enhancements and business process changes to improve efficiency and data usefulness.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; evaluate alternatives.
• Collaborate with vendors in a shared development environment and coordinate with IT teams.
• Support application issues, changes, and modifications with QA and development.
• Act as a change agent to ensure successful system adoption and project outcomes.
• Provide progress updates to managers and stakeholders; prepare clear schedules and issue details.
• Deliver engaging, tailored presentations to audiences as needed.
• Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner; work with cross-functional teams.
