Job summary

GW&K Investment Management in Boston seeks an experienced Application Developer to join our technology team. The role centers on administering Dynamics 365 CRM and developing on the Microsoft stack, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to design, deploy, and maintain custom applications.

You will work with .NET/C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Power Platform to deliver integrated solutions, including CRM modules, data integrations, and AI-assisted development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of software development with administrative Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Prior experience in investment management or related financial services preferred.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (NET 5+).
• Git source control with CI/CD patterns.
• Direct experience customizing and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong SQL Server (T-SQL) knowledge.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Entra, App Services, Azure Functions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Create front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Customize Dynamics CRM with plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Leverage Azure cloud services in solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
• Utilize Power Platform to deliver low-code/no-code solutions.
• Work with SQL Server databases for CRM support.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
