The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable systems and collaborating with vendors in a shared development environment. You will work with IT Development, Application Support, QA, and business lines, deliver updates, and present progress to managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience in .NET web application development and/or Microsoft Dynamics development.
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact with diverse user groups.
• Experience with SQL Server and ASP.NET MVC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design system enhancements and business process changes to improve efficiency and data usefulness.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; evaluate alternatives.
• Collaborate with vendors in a shared development environment and coordinate with IT teams.

Develop new and support existing applications used by Bright Horizons internal users as well Bright Horizons external clients and client employees. Individual must be comfortable working with a variety of user groups at all levels within the organizationStrong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences.The individual must have a proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas and the flexibility to adapt to new and changing information.Ability to prioritize and manage many competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environmentExperience developing in D365 using configuration, customizations, Javascript, Plugins, PowerAutomate is required.ASP.Net MVC framework experience is preferred.Well versed in writing clean HTML, CSS, JavaScript. jQuery experience is a plus.Skilled in using Microsoft SQL Server. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
