Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer in the Philadelphia area with remote flexibility and occasional travel. The role focuses on supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the ERP environment across operations, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing to deliver system improvements, integrations, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

5+ years of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central development experience.
Strong expertise with AL, C/AL, extensions, customizations, and integrations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or food manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SQL Server, APIs, and reporting solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions.
Design and support integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and optimize ERP performance.
Create technical documentation and support end-user adoption.
