Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer in the Philadelphia area with remote options and occasional travel. The role focuses on developing, modifying, and optimizing NAV/BC ERP solutions to support operations across manufacturing, supply chain and finance.

You will work with business users, design integrations, and ensure system reliability, reporting, and performance across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

5+ years of Dynamics NAV/Business Central development experience.
Strong expertise with AL, C/AL, extensions, and integrations.
Experience with SQL Server, APIs, and reporting solutions.
Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain NAV/BC solutions.
Design and support integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and optimize ERP performance.
Create technical documentation and support end-user adoption.
