Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer in the Philadelphia area with remote options and occasional travel. The role focuses on developing, modifying, and optimizing NAV/BC ERP solutions to support operations across manufacturing, supply chain and finance.

You will work with business users, design integrations, and ensure system reliability, reporting, and performance across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics NAV/Business Central development experience.

Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote considered with occasional travel)
Salary: Up to $130,000

A growing food manufacturing company is seeking a Dynamics NAV & Business Central Developer to support, enhance, and optimize its ERP environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing to deliver system improvements, customizations, integrations, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions.
• Design and support integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and optimize ERP performance.
• Create technical documentation and support end-user adoption.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central development experience.
• Strong expertise with AL, C/AL, extensions, customizations, and integrations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or food manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, APIs, and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
