Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting a Microsoft Dynamics ERP product at a functional level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business users to analyze and define business requirements considering feasibility, budget, timing, existing architecture, and quality requirements.
• Convert requirements into functional specifications for detailed design.
• Oversee development by coordinating with users, tracking testing, and communicating issues and change requests.
• Train business users to adopt new systems and processes.
• Produce reports on application development and initiatives for leadership.
• Provide ongoing functional support for implemented solutions and track issues in ITSM.
• Serve as consultant between departments and business units.
• Research and source new technology to solve business problems and manage vendor relationships.
• Recommend process changes or new technology based on user observations and industry trends.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in business technology and share with IT leadership.
