Job summary

duvari group is seeking an experienced ERP Business Process Analyst to bridge operations and technology in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes ERP knowledge, business process expertise, and collaboration with IT teams to optimize systems like Dynamics 365 or SAP.

You will gather requirements, map processes, design future-state solutions, support data migrations, testing, and user adoption, and drive standardization over customization to maximize ERP investment.

Qualifications

10+ years of combined business and/or IT experience supporting enterprise ERP solutions.
Experience with ERP business analysis, solution design, and requirements gathering.
Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
Experience with Project Management and Product Cost Management within ERP systems.
Knowledge of Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), or other complex manufacturing environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and IT teams to analyze, improve, and optimize ERP business processes.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
Design future-state business processes that leverage standard ERP functionality whenever possible.
Support ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption.
Perform gap analysis and recommend standard solutions versus custom enhancements.
Develop business process documentation, process flows, and test scripts.
Support training, change management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
