• Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation, and Service management functionality.
• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, and integrations development.
• Extremely sound in core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server.
• Sound understanding of Architecture/Design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies.
• Sound knowledge in deployment aspects.
• Good and assertive communication and articulation skills.
• Experience working as a CRM Tech Lead for at least 3 projects.

Qualifications

Total IT Experience: 9+ years.

Experience on Dynamics CRM: 6+ years.
