Dynamics Technical Lead - VIU, Sales Enablement
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) CRM Technical Lead with our VIU by HUB business and technology teams through its next growth phase. The D365 Technical Lead will report to the Director, Sales Operations and Technology on the Sales Enablement Team at HUB International and support the VIU by HUB digital personal lines insurance brokerage business as part of a Scrum development team. Technology and sales tools are of utmost importance to VIU by HUB’s continued growth.
A key aspect for this role will be to provide support and oversight for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, and ongoing monitoring of the VIU by HUB instance of Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The D365 Technical Lead will equip the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Agile Squad with the knowledge to drive Dynamics 365 in the most effective and architecturally sound way. This D365 Technical Lead will be charged with leading the technical aspects of the VIU instance of Dynamics 365 platform in collaboration with our functional team, support team, quality team, and developers. The D365 Technical Lead thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—bringing forth new ideas, solutions, and expert collaboration.
