Responsibilities

• Work in agile delivery model and manage stakeholders
• Create design by interacting with client stakeholders
• Provide solutions to CRM requirements within tight time schedules
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops for stakeholders
• Create High Level Technical design for CRM implementations
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production
• Deployment support of the CRM solution
