Job summary

ClifyX Inc. seeks an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, and integrate CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing and Service modules for client projects.

The role involves hands-on development with CRM Online/365, entities, workflows and configurations, plus plugin and integration work (REST/SOAP, NServiceBus). You will collaborate in SCRUM teams, mentor juniors, and help define best practices for scalable CRM architectures across on-site and offshore delivery models.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM development for Dynamics CRM Online/D365.
• Experience with CRM entities, workflows, configurations and customizations.
• Experience integrating CRM using web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging.
• Knowledge of CRM security model and deployment methods.
• Experience delivering CRM projects in SCRUM/agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service modules.
• Create plugins, workflows, business process flows, and scripts.
• Design and implement CRM integrations (REST/SOAP, NServiceBus).
• Build OOB and custom reports (SSRS) and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams, participate in design sessions, and mentor junior developers.
