Legends Global in Berea, OH, partners with the Cleveland Browns to deliver CRM-driven data analytics and digital marketing capabilities for ticketing and partnerships.

The CRM Specialist will administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM, build dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Dynamics, and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and sales pipelines. On-site role requires strong communication and data hygiene discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Sports Management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• 2+ years of experience designing CRM workflows, campaign execution, and sales pipeline management.
• Proven proficiency building reports and visual dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM as tier-1 support, managing user access, sales pipeline flows, and lead generation routing.
• Build and maintain automated reports and executive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Dynamics.
• Partner with digital marketing to execute targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ticketing and B2B sales.
• Train sales and service staff on CRM best practices and enforce data hygiene and standardization standards.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party CRM tools to enrich customer profiles and support cross-functional business processes.
